Refund Policy

For any undamaged product, contact customer service at info@raincitythreads.co within 30 days of the date you receive the product. Returns or exchanges must include the original accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt). We will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased. (ii) Products must be in original condition. If it was determined a product was used, a refund will not be possible.
