Shipping Policy

All items on our store are currently made to order. Fulfillment time is the time it takes to the factory to produce your item and doesn't include shipping. Our fulfillment time is calculated in business days, and it’s 2–5 business days for most all production techniques. 

 

97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or fewer. Fulfillment for large orders may take longer on average, but should still be fulfilled within 5 business days. Our fulfillment times are an estimate, but not a guarantee. 

All items on our store are shipped using a standard flat rate. Delivery times are an estimate, but not a guarantee. 

  

Delivery times on average in the US, CA, & EU are 3-4 business days after fulfillment. This is does not account for out of stock items or shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or missing address information.

All other international orders may be delivered 5-20 business days after fulfillment. 

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the production facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

 

Any shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
